How to Nominate a Settlement Agent
On the second page of your Offer and Acceptance at the base of the page there is an area highlighted as "CONVEYANCER" this is the box under buyer or seller where you can add your nomination of Settlement Agent and sign underneath.
From there the Real Estate Agent will forward either the original to the Buyers nominated Settlements Agent or a copy of the Offer to the Sellers Settlement Agent to enable them to start working on your file.
